There are hundreds of websites specializing in the ESL job market. Some are specific to certain regions of the world and others post jobs worldwide. Taking a look at these job sites in a good place to find employers currently looking for teachers. Bear in mind that when you send you application to jobs that are advertised that your application is going to be one of many received by the employer.
That's why I also suggest taking a more proactive approach by contacting schools that are not currently advertising. These schools may have a job vacancy coming up soon and are thinking about hiring a teacher in the next few months. By contacting employers before they advertise you might fill the position without any competition. Look at the country section of this Job Search forum to find lists of schools by country.
