The services that LCC provides on the www.lccoaching.com website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("TAC"). LCC reserves the right to update the TAC at any time without notice. The current version of the TAC can be reviewed upon request.

You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the website or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorized access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this website or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the website.
You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to this website and the companies. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights of any person in any jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this website.
You must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of this website.
Applicable Law
The use of this website is to be governed by and construed in accordance with US law. The courts of Ventura County, California are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any agreement made through this website. You fully and forever RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE, LCC (including, but not limited to, its trustees, employees and representatives), from and for any and all demands, claims, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, court costs and attorneys' fees), from any cause whatsoever (including, but not limited to, travel delays, property damage and loss, bodily injuries, sickness, disease and death), directly or indirectly arising in connection with you participation in the courses, whether or not foreseeable or contributed to by the negligent acts or omissions of LCC or others.
Non-Native English Speaking Trainees
Non-native English trainees must have a good command of both written and spoken English. A TOEFL score of 280 or higher is generally required. The six month limitation of the job placement guarantee does not apply to non-native English speaking graduates or certificates.
Refunds and Cancellations
Full tuition refund will be given with three weeks advance notice of cancellation prior to commencement of the course you registered for. Notice less than three weeks in advance is subject to full tuition refund minus $95 deposit. Withdraw from a course after completing 33% or less of that course, is pro-rated refunded minus the $95 non-refundable registration deposit. Refunds are given within 60 days of withdrawal from your course. Completion of more than 33% of the course is not eligible for a refund. Any request for a refund is required to be made in writing to:

Discounts
All applicable discounts must be claimed at the time of application. If applicable, all evidence of eligibility for discount must be provided within 14 days of application and will only be deducted from the course fees when this evidence has been received by LCC.
Suitable Evidence
Student (must be full time)- Photocopy of student card showing attendance in the current academic year OR student number with name of University.
Registered unemployed - Photocopy of recent letter from authorities confirming you are registered unemployed. i.e. Letter regarding Jobseekers Allowance.
Multiple applicants - The name(s) of the friend(s) with whom you are enrolling must accompany the application form. The multiple discounts will be deducted from each applicant when all multiple applicants have enrolled.
Payment of Course
A non-refundable deposit of $95 or the full course fees must accompany your application to secure a position in one of our courses, made payable to 'LCC'.
If paying the deposit only at the time of application, the remaining balance must be paid directly by one of the following methods:

Please note: You will not be allowed to start your course unless your course fees have been received in full prior to the course start date.
Changes and Cancellations
Course dates & locations are subject to change. Courses must obtain a minimum registration in order to proceed.
Should it be necessary to change the date or location of your course 28 days or more before your teaching practice start date you will not be charged a cancellation and rescheduling fee. Any course fees paid will be transferred to your new start date or location.
If you wish to change the date or location of your teaching practice within 28 days of the start date you will be required to pay a cancellation and rescheduling fee equal to the registration deposit before the new date is confirmed. Any course fees paid will be transferred to the new location or start date.
All participants must understand that they may be charged for unused accommodation, if applicable, particularly in busy periods, i.e. summer months. LCC cannot be held responsible for any accommodation charges as a result of changes or cancellations.

General Health and Medical
You agree to provide your own health and accident insurance and not to hold LCC responsible for your health, injury, or death at any time prior to, during, or after completion of the course. You further agree to make such determinations, preparations, and arrangements, including the purchase of supplemental insurance on your own, as necessary to secure your entry, extended stay, and general well-being or as may be required by the law of the country in which you will reside. If you have a medical condition that could potentially affect your attendance, training, or the training of your peers you will notify LCC in advance. Additionally, should you fail to do this, you agree that your acceptance to the course, even a current course, may be withdrawn without refund.
Visas and Work Permits
You are responsible for obtaining an appropriate Visa, where required, prior to your entrance into Thailand, if applicable. If you are required to obtain a Visa, you shall contact the appropriate Embassy or consulate for conditions of the Visa and obtain an appropriate Visa prior to your entry. Additionally, you understand that obtaining a work permit is your responsibility or the responsibility of your future, potential employer and that either you or the future, potential employer will be the entity responsible for securing this on your behalf.
Course Requirements
You agree to be punctual for every class, and for any such required meetings or assigned meetings that relate to your class work and that may not occur during the designated class time. Tardiness will be grounds for dismissal from the course. You agree to 100% attendance. Absences may be made up at the discretion of the Course Director. You understand that unprofessional manner, or manner that is not in accord with the local culture or environment, will be grounds for dismissal from the course without recourse. You understand that you must successfully pass all components of the course in order to be eligible to receive the certification.
Job Placement Services
You understand that LCC is not a placement agency, but does offer the placement services of the job placement center to all successful graduates. LCC will provide you with advice and direction. You agree to present yourself in a professional manner according to the culture and academic standards of teachers in the local environment to prospective employers. In the unlikely event that you experience difficulty in finding a job teaching English, the job placement center will provide further assistance and advice, such as providing in depth consultation regarding your approach to prospective employers, following up on your interviews, and helping to arrange additional job interviews whenever possible on your behalf. You will be subject to the terms and conditions of the job placement center upon initiation of service. You agree that you are informed or otherwise aware that while LCC will exercise due diligence in assisting in the facilitation of introducing you to a contract to teach abroad, you agree to submit your job application for ESL teaching positions in accordance to the advice and guidelines given to you by LCC. You agree to contact LCC at least once every 14 days after you have activated your Job Placement Service with accurate details regarding your job search status. You agree that failure to comply with LCC job placement guidelines may result in immediate cancellation of LCC job placement services with no liability for LCC. In such a case, the decision of LCC is final.
Accommodation
You agree that LCC may assist you in arranging accommodation, if applicable. You agree that you have no recourse against LCC with respect to location, quality, or otherwise as it relates to the place of residence arranged by LCC. LCC shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries to persons or property that may occur at any accommodation arranged through LCC or otherwise. In the event you choose to terminate your accommodation prior to the relevant check out date, no refund will be given.
Payments
You certify that when you make payments to LCC for any services or offerings, you are doing so using your own personal funds. If you are using the funds of a third party, you hereby state that you have been given the authority to act on behalf of third party to request authorization of such transaction. Additionally, you understand that you are responsible for all damages, bank fees, credit card fees, or penalties that may be associated with the unauthorized use, transfer, or disclosure of credit or bank account information (e.g. charges associated with frozen funds, disputes, reversals, refunds, legal fees, court fees, or any applicable penalties). You understand that failure to pay in full prior to the start date of the course may result in you not being able to attend said course.
Application and Applicant Background Information
You agree that you have not knowingly misrepresented yourself to LCC or its authorized representatives in any way, including but not limited to myteachingjobs. You also agree that you have disclosed the true disposition of any past, pending, or potential future criminal status. Additionally, you acknowledge that any application essays and skill-based questions are your own true, authentic, and original works. You understand that submitting falsified or plagiarized works to LCC and its representatives may be grounds for immediate withdrawal of acceptance offer, ineligibility for any future course, or dismissal from a current course in which you are enrolled without refund.
Additionally, You understand that you must be 18 years of age by the time you actually commence your course study. You will also provide LCC with the emergency contact information of a relative or significant other who would be able to advise LCC about the management of your welfare in the event of an emergency or situation where you cannot act on your own behalf. The contact information for that person shall consist of his/her telephone numbers, email addresses, and the postal mailing address where he/she may be reached. Additionally, you will not at any time hold LCC liable for the exchange of personal information between an authorized company representative and your designated emergency contact should such exchange be necessitated to promote your well-being. You understand that if you fail to do so, LCC is limited in its role to assist you in the event of an emergency.
Conduct
During your training session, you agree to behave in a courteous and professional manner with your fellow trainees, coaches, administrative staff, or any person associated with LCC. Inappropriate conduct, abuse, or damage to school or vendor property will be grounds for immediate dismissal from the course and housing obtained from LCC. No refund or any portion thereof will be given In such a case, the decision of LCC is final.
Information, Electronic Correspondence, and Brochure
You understand that the information contained in all electronic correspondence, including the LCC website, and in printed material is believed to be accurate. However, you understand that it may be subject to errors, changes, omissions, availability of courses, or withdrawal of special offers without notice. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact an official representative of LCC for periodic updates as terms of this course offering are subject to change without notice. Additionally, you understand that it is your sole responsibility or responsibility of your authorized representative to check for all continuous email correspondence from LCC. All official correspondence shall be conducted via email unless the applicant otherwise indicates in written form that this is not a suitable mode of communication. Should your email address or pertinent contact information change, you shall notify LCC within a reasonable amount of time.
Money Back Guarantee
If the job placement center does not place you in a job that you are qualified for within six months of complete application material submission you are eligible for a refund. Said placement is hereby defined as the procurement of an overseas teaching job offer including but not limited to the provision of an employment contract by an English education service provider or the acceptance of an employment request by an English education service provider. Refunds requests are to be submitted in writing no later than 28 days after the expiration of the six month job placement period. All refunds are subject to the respective TAC of LCC and myteachingjobs. Any violation of said TAC may result in refund ineligibility in accordance with the specifications therein contained. Eligible refunds are to be paid within 60 days of refund request receipt.
Agreement
This Agreement in conjunction with the job placement center Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings and negotiations, regarding this subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended, by course of conduct or otherwise, and may not be assigned in whole or in part, except in writing duly executed by LCC and you. This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Ventura county, California, without regard to any conflicts or choice of law principles, and shall be as broad and inclusive as permitted by such laws. If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable by a court, such unenforceability shall not affect any other provision, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such provision, to the extent of such unenforceability, had not been incorporated herein.
